What are your typical processing and shipping times?
We try to ship orders within 3-5 days of receiving the order. During the Christmas holiday and other busy seasons (such as spring with Lent, Easter, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation season or our Christmas in July event) fulfillment may take longer than usual. Our warehouse uses USPS and FedEx, and standard First-Class shipping times apply. All orders over $50 qualify for free, USPS First Class shipping in the contiguous US.  

We have noticed inconsistencies in USPS tracking. Regarding the arrival date of your order, the most reliable date is the one initially provided to you on your shipping confirmation. Please note, once a product is shipped from our warehouse, we do not have any control over the carrier. Carriers no longer guarantee shipping times therefore, we are not able to guarantee those, either.


Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, due to current shipping inconsistencies, we are not offering any free shipping options for international orders or outside of the contiguous US. Also, please note that some countries add additional fees for customs. We are not privy to these fees and have no way to control them. These additional fees are not paid to Chews Life, but to your country's government.

Please note: we currently do not provide free shipping to anywhere but inside the United States.

Why are some items are still showing shipping fees?
      We have partnered with other amazing Catholic companies to offer products we think our              Chews Life customers would be interested in. Items from Jelly Bean, Blessed is She,                      HeWo, Sock Religious, Saintly Heart, and Holy Pals products are not included in any                      free shipping offers as those are shipped from separate warehouses.

Part of my order is a gift...  

             Can you split an order among multiple shipping addresses and still get free                           shipping? 

                   Sorry, in order to keep shipping FREE on all orders over $50, we only ship to one                          address per order at this time.

Can I include a personal note?
Yes! When the gift is added to the cart, there is a spot to add a note. That note will be included in the package.
Can you remove the price from the order?
Our packing slips do not include any pricing information or purchaser information.


Where is my order being shipped from?
We are proud to use a local, family-owned fulfillment company in our hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan for our warehousing and shipping.  


I received my shipment and there is a problem with my order.  Who do I contact?
Although we are always improving our processes and systems, mistakes do happen! We will try making any shipping errors right. Please click here to contact within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work towards a solution with you!  


I don't live in the U.S., am I responsible for paying the Duty Fees?
