REPAIRS:

We are happy to repair your rosary bracelets or silicone rosaries for you!

Message us in the 'chat with us' feature or at [email protected] to report any product issues. We typically respond Monday - Friday mornings. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Prior authorization and package tracking is required for all returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility.

Please allow 4 weeks for shipping time and time to repair the item.


My child's rosary/bracelet broke!  Can it be repaired?
Absolutely! As soon as a product is damaged, discontinue use and contact us via the "chat with us" feature or reach out to [email protected] so we can work out a repair or replacement solution for you. Most of our products have a lifetime repair or replacement guarantee. Repairs/replacements will be free only if the item is defective. A $10 repair/replacement fee will cover all other issues.  

My rosary was cut with scissors/run over by a car/chewed up by our dog.  Can you still fix it?
This happens more often than you’d imagine! We offer these repairs for a small repair fee of $10, including return shipping. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a picture of the item and we'll get it fixed for you!
